In this environmental law related automotive litigation proceeding, plaintiff The California Air Resources Board alleged Yamaha Motor Company of illegal importation and sale of uncertified off-highway vehicles, “Rhinos”. Plaintiff’s counsels claimed that the vehicles failed to meet California State’s anti-smog certification requirements.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Donna Wilson and John McGuiness. The defendant in this case, The California Air Resources Board was represented by attorneys John L’Estrange, Daniel Lucas, Michael Leslie and Benjamin Au.
