Swartz v. The Goldwater Law Firm

In this legal malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Bridget Obrien Swartz alleged the Goldwater Law Firm PC of malpractice by settling the plaintiff’s medical malpractice lawsuit for inadequate amount, breach of fiduciary duty and charging unreasonable contingency fee. The original medical malpractice lawsuit was filed by the plaintiff on behalf of her son, who suffers from severe disabilities, in which the plaintiff had alleged the obstetrician and the hospital in which her son was born of negligence.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney William Walker. The defendant in this case, Goldwater Law Firm was represented by attorney Timothy Thomason.
