Summary
In this automotive product liability proceeding, plaintiffs Eileen Robinson and Todd Robinson claimed Ford Motor Company was liable for defectively designing and manufacturing its Ford Explorer SUV and its rear seat back and seat belt, which led to Eileen Robinson's serious injuries in a vehicular collision.
