In this Engle Progeny tobacco litigation proceeding, Plaintiff Jan Grossman alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco company of fraudulent concealment of the dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company and targeting adolescents susceptible to nicotine addiction, which led his wife Laura Grossman to get addicted to smoking at the age of 15.
